The LMS worked so well in getting out the information to all staff about the new Accessibility for Ontarians legislation. We had 66% of our organization complete the education within 3 weeks of the course being published. Whenever we call the helpdesk, Medworxx is right there ready to help us work out our issue. They are always pleasant and respond to requests quickly. We appreciate that!

The Medworxx Policy and Document Management system (PDMS) provides our staff with easy access to all of our current policies in one location. Eliminating the need for paper distribution, new and updated policies are available for immediate use. Not only do we now have a standardized and automated review/revision and approval process, but also a notification function that alerts us when policies are due for review.

I am impressed. Medworxx is on the leading edge of the technology curve. They are definitely set up for the future. The flexibility in the system is powerful. We like the ability to have multiple sites, and microsites within those, each with their own specific content, documents, and links, all tied together with easy to use navigation.

In my mind, service during implementation and after go-live is as vital as the product itself. We have been in production for over a year now and couldn't be more pleased. Medworxx PDMS is a wonderful product and the staff at Medworxx that administer all aspects of the implementation and support of the product are outstanding!
